What do our Students saying about us?
It is at school that I learnt innumerous skills. Apart from the subjective studies, co-curricular activities lent me a totally different approach of observation. I danced, I sang, I played, and I also drew. I explored myself and realized that I could be a good team-worker, a challenge accepter and also an athlete who dared to take the race to the finish. In all these years of my schooling, I found that my teachers have played the most important role in shaping me to what I am today. The ocean of patience they have, the level of tolerance that they bear is commendable. Our misbehaviour was always answered back with care & concern. It is said that school friends are unconditional friends for life. I made my life time friends here. I hope to remain in touch with the physical and spiritual being of SIS and wish to carry the teaching forever in my baggage from here on.

What is school? Normally the answer would be a place where learners come to attain knowledge departed by learned, knowledgeable & respected teachers. Is that all? Absolutely not. Having spent 7 years of student life at SIS, I have a completely different picture of a school. So, a school for me is the first premises where you begin deciding independently. Fixing priorities, choosing friends, opting in and opting out subjects, etc are one of the many decision making skills that are polished secretly. A school is the smallest unit after family that provides you your social circle. It gives you your own identity. I identified myself as sportsman, a group singer, a stage artist, an amicable senior, from an average to an above average and finally a better learner. One feature I found common while entering the premises and finally exiting the premises- tears. I entered the school for the first time in tears and left the school in tears. The first time was because I was an insecure stranger, the second time I was so connected that I did not want to let go. My greatest supports Najreen Ma’am and Dhairya Ma’am were always my guiding light. Principal ma’am’s silent appreciations were always inspiring to perform better. Stepping in the broader world, once again a stranger to a new college is different. New there are no insecurities, I have learnt to survive- cordially, fight sportingly and accept defeat humbly. Like others I can also never forget my school days. Missing my school days..........

At SIS, students discover their own talents, and get an opportunity to develop them to the fullest. The school provides an invigorating and competitive atmosphere, created by excellent facilities and guidance provided by a highly qualified and dedicated faculty. He values, which are ingrained, help to promote confidence, direction, and critical thinking skills, leading to the development of well-adjusted, adaptable and integrated personalities. In other words, SIS offers comprehensive and holistic education. Besides being committed to academic excellence and providing education for all round development, another special characteristic of SIS is the appreciation of the worth of the each student. The School is equally committed to the underrepresented and less-privileged segments of the population, such as gifted applicants whose parents could not attend school. I am proud to take with me the values strongly implanted in me to face the challenges without compromising with my ethics. Thank you SIS, I will miss you.
